![]() We ended up taking a cab to Vons and got some food and drink for our room It was about a $30 cab ride. This has a subzero refridge and is sleekly built in against the wall. The room has a kichenette, but not like a kitchenette that you may be thinking. We were on the 47th floor and had a great view down the strip. We checked in so quickly and were pleasantly surprised by our great room! We upgraded to a strip view, which for $20 per day was totally worth it. I loved not having to wind through a stinky crowded casino to find the front desk to check in. It was reasonably understated and elegant. Not to over-the-top tacky trump like i was expecting. The hotel is very clean and well appointed. I have to tell you it was great staying at a non-smoking, no casino hotel. My husband and I checked in to Trump Las Vegas on Friday, November 13th and stayed for 2 nights. But we saved so much by having food in our room and not having to use room service once. So if you don"t want to go to the market, you can just go here. Across the street (directly) is the Fashion Show mall, so great! They have an ABC store there that sells some food and drinks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
